Warranty Policy
At ANTMINERS GROUP, we stand behind the quality and performance of our cryptocurrency mining machines. Our commitment to your satisfaction is reflected in our comprehensive warranty policy.

6-Month Warranty Guarantee
We provide a 6-month warranty guarantee on all cryptocurrency mining machines purchased from ANTMINERS GROUP. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Warranty Exclusions
The following are excluded from coverage under our warranty policy:

– Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by ANTMINERS GROUP.
– Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
– Damage caused by environmental conditions, including but not limited to, electrical surges, and natural disasters.

The guarantee named does not apply when the defect has arisen as a result of inexpert or improper use or when – without permission – buyer or third parties have made changes or have tried to make changes or have used the purchased item for purposes for which it is not intended.

Repair information
Repairs can always be done by ANTMINERS GROUP team. However, we have two types of repairs:

Type 1: Repairs that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. These repairs are done without charge and by ANTMINERS GROUP.

Type 2: Repairs that fall outside the manufacturer’s guarantee. These repairs must be sent, insured, to ANTMINERS GROUP at the cost of the buyer. After analysis, a quote will be provided to the buyer for the repair. If the buyer agrees, the repair will be done. In most cases, a repair takes 1-10 business days; when it will take longer, you will be notified of this.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

Free 30-Day Returns
In addition to our warranty, we offer free 30-day returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
