How long does shipping and delivery takes?

Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day. Normally we ship all orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time takes approximately 4 to 15 business days depending on the shipping address and shipping method.

For example Express shipping takes approximately 4-6 days.

How do I create an account?

After placing an order the account will automatically be generated. The login details will be sent to your email address.

You can also create an account from Account page.

How do I change my shipping address?

You need to log in to your account from Account page and click addresses. There you can change the shipping address.

How do I track the status of my order?

Go to Track Order page and enter the Order ID and Email Address that you’ve used when placing the order.

From there you can check the status of your order.

After the order is shipped you will receive a tracking code and a link where you can track the exact location of your order.

Do I have to pay any customs taxes?

We are pleased to provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, ensuring that our customers are exempt from any custom taxes, offering a seamless and cost-effective international shipping experience.

Do all miners come with Power Supply (PSU)?

All of our machines come with a power supply (PSU) included.

The cable cords are selected depending on the shipping address, if you require a custom cable cord for your order simply contact us after placing the order.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer free tracked & insured worldwide shipping.

No matter which country you’re from we guarantee a 100% delivery rate and will make sure you get the ordered mining equipment.

How do I get bulk discount?

If you order at least 5 units from the same model of miner  a bulk discount will automatically be applied in your cart.

Bulk discounts are different depending on the purchased quantities.

Returns and Refunds

What the return / exchange and refund policy?

We offer free returns and instant refunds for our customers.

If the machine arrives damaged or has a malfunction you have a 30 days period that you can return / exchange the product.

If for any reason you changed your mind and don’t want the product(s) anymore we offer free returns within 30 days from shipping the order.

I received the wrong item

In case it may happen to receive the wrong product(s), no worries! We will reship the correct order to you free of charge.

My order arrived damaged

In case that your order arrived damaged, we got you covered.

We offer insurance in case of damage for all shipped orders, so in case that one or more machines arrive damaged just contact us and we will replace it asap.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

In case you wish to make a return you should contact our logistics department.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

In case the shipping address is incorrect just go to Account page and edit the address from there or email us at info@al1pro.com with the order number and correct address. or send us massage on live chat.

Can I change or cancel an order once submitted?

In case the order was not shipped you can change or cancel the order.

If the order was shipped you have to wait for it to arrive and then contact us if you wish to change or return the product(s).

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

No , we just offer available product in our storage.
